
TwistedPair, a multi-million pound technology company, has a strong track record of generating new business through its sales process. However, the team were stuggling with the final stage of the sales cycle: tender meetings and client pitch presentations.
In these high-stakes situations, prospective clients are not only evaluating technical capability, but also confidence, clarity, and overall presence in the room.
While the Tender Team had deep technical expertise, their pitch presentations were not always landing in a way that did their work justice. Presentations could feel overly technical, less engaging, and lacked the executive presence required to fully influence decision-makers.
This is a common challenge for teams delivering client-facing presentations in competitive sales and tender environments, where strong ideas need to be matched by equally strong delivery.

Fearless partnered with TwistedPair to design and deliver a bespoke tender pitching and presentation skills programme, focused on improving how the team communicates, influences, and performs in high-pressure tender meetings and client presentations.
Delivered over two in-person training days at TwistedPair’s offices, the programme was built around the team’s real-world sales and tender presentations.
Participants used live bid materials and upcoming client pitches to practise and refine their delivery in real time.

Each participant delivered a live practice pitch based on a real tender opportunity, using video playback and structured coaching to refine clarity, impact, and presence.
A follow-up Accountability Workshop supported the team in embedding new behaviours and applying techniques directly into live sales conversations and ongoing tender processes.
