About the course

We all have a personal brand and reputation at work, whether we are conscious of it or not.  The question to ask ourselves is - is it what we would want it to be?

When we invest time in building our reputation, we are building trust amongst colleagues which means it’s easier to influence, easier to gain support for our ideas and easier to lead others.

This course is designed to help your staff members cultivate a strong personal brand to increase their level of influence.

What's covered?

• Understand your signature strengths and how to capitalise on them – working in your ‘genius zone’ rather than your low competence zone to add more value in your role
• How to build your personal brand and visibility in the wider company (both when working remotely and in the office)
• Practical ideas and examples of how to construct personal messages to key stakeholders to start and maintain a relationship
• How to show your progress and achievements when working remotely so you don't become invisible

What results will you see?

Those who attend this course report that they:

  • Have a better understanding of how to build personal credibility and trust
  • Understand what is required if they want to work towards promotion
