Drop-in clinics with a communication expert

Do your staff members need support that managers may not have the skills to help with?

Fearless can send a communication expert to your office on a regular basis to offer ad hoc 1-to-1 communication skills coaching to your staff members.

One of our expert coaches will set up base in a meeting room in your office once a week or fortnight, and staff members will be able to book a 30-60 minute slot with them to get support with problems they are facing relating to communication skills.

Your staff members may wish to:

• Bring a PowerPoint presentation along to practise and get some critical feedback
• Have a ‘dry run’ of an important conversation, such as breaking some bad news to a client
• Get help on how to facilitate an important team meeting
• Get advice on how to give negative feedback to a colleague
• Bring along a specific PowerPoint slide to make it more impactful
• Practise an upcoming pitch / negotiation with a client
