The story of our founder
Hi, I'm Carrie. When I was 28 years old.....
FearlessTM was founded by Carrie Swift, international public speaker and advocate of speaking up to be heard. However, that wasn’t always the case. Once upon a time, Carrie suffered with a fear of public speaking whilst working in her job as a Director in the corporate world. Once she discovered how important it was to speak up, she set out to dedicate her career to helping others do the same.

Hi, I'm Carrie. When I was 28 years old.....
Our impact on the world is only as great as our ability to communicate.
We care deeply about helping people all over the world to speak up, lead and be heard - no matter their background.
It's time we saw different people in leadership roles. Often those who lack confidence have the self-awareness and emotional intelligence to be the best leaders. We're here to unlock the hidden potential of the people who haven't yet found their voice.

Carrie was named by Management Today’s Women in Business Awards as one of this year’s “35 Women Under 35” which celebrates Britain’s brightest young business leaders.
Carrie's unusual approach to teaching presentation skills somehow took off, and before she knew it she was being booked by businesses to come in and deliver training to teams of staff who were struggling to speak up at work.
Carrie launched a small business with the name 'Love Public Speaking', aimed at people who had a fear of presenting. Despite still having a fear of public speaking herself, she we wanted to help other people who had the same problem, so she started running free workshops upstairs in pubs for people who had the same problem as her.
