Carrie Swift

Carrie is the CEO and Founder of Fearless.  She launched the company after spending several years tackling her own fear of public speaking as a former Director in the corporate world.  She is now a communications expert, coach and international conference speaker.

In 2021, she was recognised at Management Today’s Women in Business Awards as one of this year’s “35 Women Under 35” which celebrates Britain’s brightest young business leaders.

From working with individuals, to corporate teams, to training entrepreneurs to pitch on the TV series ‘Dragons Den’, Carrie is passionate about turning people into confident communicators who can leave their mark on the world.

Amongst the clients Carrie has trained are Barclays, Meta, The New York Times, Airbus, NHS, RWE and many more.
